RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange period from the date of delivery. Additionally, the returned products should reach us within 5-7 days. We also provide reverse pick-up services, with a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 deducted from the refund per order.
Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If they are unable to pick up the shipment, you must send it back to our address. Please note that reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
Ensure you return products in the same condition as received. We will not provide refunds for items in poor condition or clearly worn.
Please allow 7 days for us to process your return and for the refund to appear in your bank account. Note: Refunds and bank transfers are only applicable to prepaid orders. For COD payments, you will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which you can use anytime.
Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed in our store. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can cancel your order until it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories. Mi Amor may change the applicable products or categories at its discretion and without prior notice.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Items purchased during BOGO or similar promotions with free products are not eligible for returns.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS

Ensure you pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. Items must be unused, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), we will refund the amount plus INR 100 (for courier charges) to your bank account for prepaid orders or as store credit for COD.
Note: Avoid using The Professional Couriers for self-return. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ for reliable service.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The bank account details you provide will be final. We are not responsible for errors in the details provided by you.
If you receive an order delivered notification but haven’t received the package, contact us within 24 hours via Instagram: @miamor.storee.
You must take utmost care of the product(s) while in your possession, including all instructions, documents, and wrappings.
If the product does not meet standards upon delivery, contact us via Instagram: @miamor.storee or WhatsApp within 1 day of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for the return.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you of your refund status via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 working days from the confirmation email.
